WAYNKO is a flight price comparison (metasearch) platform, currently in pre-launch. Once live, it will display offers from third-party providers and send you to their websites to book.
- WAYNKO is not an airline or a travel agency, and does not sell or issue tickets.
- WAYNKO does not take payments and is not a party to the booking contract between you and the provider.
3. Prices and information
Prices, availability, schedules and flight information are supplied by providers or our technology partners and can change at any time. We aim to display them accurately but cannot guarantee they are error-free or match the final price. The binding price is the one shown on the provider’s website before payment.
4. Booking with providers
Any booking you make is made directly with the provider and is subject to its own terms, conditions and policies on changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage. Please read the provider’s terms before paying. Any claim about a booking should be directed to the provider.
5. External links
The website may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt or breach the website, or overload it with excessive automated requests.
- Copy or automatically collect (scrape) the website’s content without written permission.

The WAYNKO name, logo, website design and content belong to the project unless stated otherwise. Provider trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, WAYNKO is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the information shown, from providers’ services, or from website downtime.
9. Changes
We may change these terms as the service develops, especially when search launches. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Iraq.
